The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is an intensive 4-weeks learning & development program designed to groom young global talents and raise a new generation of professionals for businesses. The program is prepared for final year students, recent graduates and supervisors.
The GDP is designed to provide structured learning and development through a combination of action learning, projects, on the-job and formal training, as well as offering graduates loads of facilitation from hands on business leaders to accelerate their professional development.
Participants will be assigned to work on projects in order to develop core business skills, working alongside experienced leaders as mentors to ensure they are supported in their professional development.
The overarching objective of the GDP is to develop and deploy a cluster of important development programs for new graduates & supervisors.

This 4 weeks plan/development path is developed for a targeted group of new managers and supervisors in the workplace, to accelerate their workplace understanding and enhance productivity.
