The entrepreneurial journey is a very tedious one.  There are three (3) categories of people in business – Tourists, News Agents and Entrepreneurs.  Which one are you?  Over 55% of Nigeria’s GDP from the comes from the Private sector.  The largest bulk of this contribution comes from family businesses and entrepreneurial ventures, ranging from Micro to Medium.

Every business faces a number of challenges and risks while trying to get ahead of the competitive environment and survive, then make profits. The shifting business landscape adds to the challenges owing to new industry trends, standards and changing consumer behavior and the democratization of the market place.  Digital interactions and technology have also heighted access and engagements, while talent is in the spotlight more than ever before, with the challenges of hiring, retention and investment.

Whilst there is some form of policy framework to support Entrepreneurship development, the crux of business understanding and sustainability is still an area of very low or complete absence of capability.  This program seeks to close these gaps, by focusing on the 3 pillars of the tripod upon which every venture stand.  These are:  Organization + People, Funding + Financials and Sales + Revenue.
