The Management Appreciation Program is an intensive 4-weeks learning & development program designed to groom young global talents and raise a new generation of professionals for businesses. It is targeted at young team members who are no longer trainees and based on experience they need to be prepared to assume the role of managing others.
It is designed to provide structured learning and development through a combination of action learning, projects, on the-job and formal training, as well as offering young professionals loads of support and real life examples from hands on business leaders to accelerate their professional development.
